Accessibility Statement

Hocnex wants the NetL website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. This statement describes where things stand today, honestly.

01Our target

We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the NetL website. This is a goal we are actively building toward, not a certification we currently hold.

02What's implemented today

• Semantic HTML structure (proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, labeled navigation).
• Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu and theme toggle.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images.
• A light/dark theme system, designed with color contrast in mind in both modes.
• Respect for your operating system's "reduce motion" setting — animations are minimized or disabled automatically when that preference is on.

03Known gaps

This site has not yet been through a formal third-party accessibility audit. There may be gaps we have not identified ourselves — including in more complex interactive elements. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not feature requests, and prioritize them accordingly.
